Since March 2025, I’ve been building custom ERPs for French SMEs. Quietly, with no site, no polished LinkedIn presence. Two engagements, two Bubble → Next.js migrations shipped to production. Today I’m making the offer public.
Why now
Three concrete reasons.
1. The proof exists. Two ERPs in production: an event caterer orchestrating around 500 projects a year with about twenty people (ERP delivered on Bubble in 2025, code migration to Next.js under way in 2026), and a retirement-advisory firm started in the first quarter of 2026 with business AI built in. I can finally talk in terms of results, not promises.
2. The market is ready. Off-the-shelf tools (Salesforce, Odoo, Monday) cover 80% of cases. If your business processes are the remaining 20%, you spend more time forcing them to fit than actually using them. The modern stack (Next.js + Supabase + AI-native) makes it possible to ship a custom ERP in 3 to 6 months for the cost of 18 months of a Salesforce licence.
3. The AI timing. Claude Code, MCP, n8n — built in from the first line, not bolted on as a bonus layer. That’s what lets me deliver, alone, in 3 to 6 months what a four-person agency bills over 12.
What you’ll find here
- Three clear services with prices stated upfront (€12k–80k excl. VAT depending on scope)
- Two anonymised case studies with stack, duration and quantified results
- A blog where I’ll share field notes from engagements, stack choices, the misses
- A Cal to book 30 minutes — free, no sales pressure
The moral contract
I won’t take your project on if Odoo or HubSpot covers 90% of your need. I’ll tell you so during scoping, and I’ll point you to someone. My job is to build the business tool you’re missing — not to sell you custom work you don’t need.
The code I deliver is 100% yours. Private GitHub repo, rights assigned by contract, documentation handed over. You can take maintenance in-house or to another developer at any time.
And now
If you recognise your situation in one of the three personas, start with a 30-minute call. You walk me through your context, I tell you honestly whether I’m the right fit, and roughly what it might cost. No sales pressure.
If you just want to follow what I publish: LinkedIn or this blog. Both channels relay the same content, no duplicates.
See you soon.
