The problem

Freelancers and small product teams juggling 3+ clients pay for Linear or Jira per seat and struggle to capture a UX bug: you need a screenshot tool, a ticketing tool, then a manual hand-off. Three tools for a single action.

The approach

Multi-project and multi-team ticketing natively, with no “workspace upgrade”. A Chrome MV3 extension that turns any page into a ticket source in 2 clicks (screenshot + element picker). Knowledge base and product docs built into the web app. 7-language support from V1. A multi-tenant architecture with dual web-app/extension auth.

The result

  • A complete technical MVP, ready for commercial launch
  • Already used internally as a bug tracker on my ERP engagements (catering, retirement firm)
  • 7 languages from V1 (FR, EN, DE, ES, IT, NL, PT)
  • Extension → API → ticket workflow: 3 tools replaced by one
